“Improv Life” 

A Participatory Performance + Hand’s On Workshop

We're all making it up as we go and that's what Improvisation is about. Let's jam!

 

Join Story Theatre for a full day of performances in your school’s gym.

 

Each 70 minute participatory performance is offered for an audience of 4 classes, or 120 people max. Your full day booking includes 3 demonstrations per date booked (reaching 12 classes max per date).

 

Improv Life is part performance, part workshop, and tons of laughter and fun as we navigate the art of making things up, letting go, fumbling, and making mistakes when we’re practicing telling stories! 

 

Traditionally, an Improv Jam is a community-building event where anyone can get involved. Story Theatre holds true to that process by directly involving their student audiences in the show.

 

This Improv Jam event begins with a captivating demonstration of Improvisation techniques and storytelling games and then switches gears to ask the students to get up and play along. No two shows will ever be the same!
