Story Theatre has worked with the Royal BC Museum for many years, animating exhibits and events. From Circus Magicus to The Free Spirit Tour, from BC History to The Call Went Out WWI performance, our team has brought that extra touch to the marvelous work museums do in bring history, science and story-telling together in an entertaining way.

This year our Story Theatre will be working with Craigdarroch Castle to create theatrical story-telling events that capture the adventures of earlier times and explore the amazing characters that have populated our local history. Story Theatre got its start back in 1981 with workshops in Libraries around the Greater Victoria area. Story Theatre continues this relationship with libraries by providing performances, workshops and story tellers to support their programs. Libraries are where stories live!
We also love to be part of festivals, and we have been part of the Shawnigan Lake Heritage Festival, The Singapore Children’s Festival, The Whistler International Children’s Festival, Victoria Fringe Festival, The Victoria Family Theatre Festival, among others.
